Fall Reads: Cross-Ties Historical Romance

I don’t know about you, but I love the contrasting seasons of the year. Whether traveling outside my homeland, to experience the winter wonderland (not so much this year), or take in photos of scenic locations, the season is pristine and washes away the cares for the day.

Fall is in the air and the cool mornings are a great time to reflect and read. Me with my fluffy cat Tookie, and the elder tabby Ollie spend a lot of time contemplating the universe on the balcony. Hello July!

There’s nothing like summer and the juicy fruits like watermelon, pineapple, and good reads to enjoy during the season. July is a great time to kick-back and let your mind wander. For me, water plays an important part in relaxing. Whether water fountain, a pool, river, waterfalls, or the ocean; it’s a stress relief. You’ll find these in most all my novels, as well.

Happy July 4th

Today is the 4th of July and many will be celebrating at home this year due to the COVID-19 virus. If you do go outside for fireworks displays or picnics in the park, please remember safe distancing and to wear your mask. Wishing you a fun and relaxing holiday weekend.

This has been a strange year and the unbelievable happenings continue postulating into our once predictable and steady lifestyles. These times will likely produce new horror fiction by creative authors from around the world.

A full moon referred to as a ‘Buck Moon’ occurs tonight after 11 p.m. EST along with a combo of a lunar eclipse. The night of the 4th and the morning of the 5th will make sky gazers happy.

March Winds

Today is March 1st and I can feel a tugging of something wonderful, an expectation of things to come. These last few months have been exciting for my new Sydney Jones Series. The mysteries are catching the wind and I’m grateful. I am completing the final in the series and expect to share some great news soon. Follow now to be kept in the loop!
